What is the delivery time?
With over 1,7 million products in stock, CushionandPillow.com can ship all items directly out of our warehouse. If your order is completed and paid before 3 pm on working days, we will ship it the same day. Usually you will receive your order within 2-3 working days.
What are the shipping costs?
We ship at a fixed price, tax included. Shipping is free for orders over 30 Euros. Orders up to 30 Euros are shipped for 3,95 Euro.
iDeal is a safe and quick online pay method for customers from the Netherlands. With iDEAL you can use your own, safe banking environment to complete payment of your order. You don't need to register or download any files to use iDEAL.
PayPal is a safe and quick online pay method to pay with creditcard. With a PayPal account, you won’t need to type in card details or personal info – just an email address or phone number. Once you've registered at PayPal, you can pay on our webshop. Select the pay method, log in with your PayPal account and you will get through checkout.
By law, you are allowed to return your order within 14 days and receive a full refund. However, you need to let us know you're sending your order back before you do. After receiving the sent back items, we will check them for usage marks and if OK, give you a full refund.
